5. How did you end up in the Energy Industry?

It was not by choice. Being a computer science engineer and fresh out of engineering college, I had no idea of Oil & Gas. After a failed start up, when I joined an IT service firm, I ended up in the Oil &Gas IT. 1 year after working on various IT applications, I was much more interested in the domain.

6. Why do you like working with Start-Ups?

The passion, innovation and the determination of the start ups attract me. I myself was part of start up at the beginning of my career and realized later where I was lacking. The passion is still there to be part of the success story of a start up/start ups.
