5. How did you end up in the Energy Industry?

Started my career at the Latin-American investment vehicle of a large European Utility conglomerate, where I worked on an LNG project. I came over to the U.S. to get my MBA and seemed to unintentionally gravitate towards Energy because of it's global scale and intricately connected geopolitical dynamics.

6. Why do you like working with Start-Ups?

Being one that lacks the technical ability to come up with the underlying technologies that push innovation, I am drawn to working with those that have that mastery and and apply my expertise via commercialization and business frameworks that can enable these innovations to prosper and scale into tangible successful businesses.

  • Geopolitical relationships and conflict.
