5. How did you end up in the Energy Industry?

I ended up in the industry by lease hand on a single drilling rig - ultimately missing my graduation of High School ceremony.  

6. Why do you like working with Start-Ups?

Like minded folks trying to get an idea out of mind on paper and executing a plan with a new or current customer base.
