5. How did you end up in the Energy Industry?

I grew up in West Texas surrounded by the oil and gas industry and developed a passion for this business.

6. Why do you like working with Start-Ups?

I like the creativity and innovation that comes with making startups successful. Also, enjoy seeing something created out of ideas that become thriving businesses.
