5. How did you end up in the Energy Industry?

Norway discovered oil in the late 60s and became an important industry during the 70s. When choosing my educations in the early 80s, the choice to become a Petroleum engineer was easy as I always liked science and to work with something meaningful to the society I live in. That's why I now also have moved on into Hydrogen.

6. Why do you like working with Start-Ups?

Entrepreneurship has always fascinated me because it is so difficult to succeed. Dealing with difficult stuff challenge the full range of human capacity from deep insight into a specific topic, intelligence (IQ AND EQ), creativity and well-developed stubbornness. The easiest thing to do is to shoot down a fragile, good idea - especially in bigger organizations - and keep your head down as a loyal soldier. So, entrepreneurs following their passions spiced with stubbornness and stamina have always intrigued me.
