5. How did you end up in the Energy Industry?

I grew up in Houston and my father owned and operated an Environmental consulting firm until I was in high school when he sold the business. I was sure that I wouldn't end up in the O&G industry, I then went to Texas A&M and study to be a Civil Engineer. I graduated early with a specialty in Water Resources. I had applied for a job at Oxy just to see if the position would be interesting to me and fell in love with the work opportunity. The rest is history, I have fallen in love with the industry, opportunities and people!

6. Why do you like working with Start-Ups?

I have grown up with an Entrepreneur as a father and it has become a passion of mine as well. Entrepreneurs are a special breed of people who are so dedicated and fueled by passion, it brings me such joy to be alongside each one during the journey.
