5. How did you end up in the Energy Industry?
Engineering degree in Aberdeen, commencing as a Wireline Logging Field Engineer internationally, provided me the combination of travel, work and great compensation.

The opportunity to steer new innovations into the market, creating value for owners and shareholders. Working with ground breaking teams and products is exciting and highly motivating.

Completed Marathon des Sables (famous week long multi stage race in the Sahara Desert).

Established a unique career skillset, technology orientated in the investment banking energy sector - whereby through understanding the intrinsic value disruptive tech offers, its market and commercial impact, I have the capability to maximize the pitch and its reach within the investor space.

Cycled NC500 (North Coast 500 miles) around the remote and rugged northern coastline of the UK, entirely unsupported and self sufficient. This is an iconic road and incredibly scenic road trip.
